EQUIPMENT - How it Works…
Equipment fittings will be done throughout the summer in small groups at a time.
A list of player names will be communicated on the team chat before each fitting session.
In order to qualify to be fitted,the player MUST BE REGISTERED and documents MUST BE submitted.
For K-5 Players to be fitted, we MUST have a copy of their BIRTH CERTIFICATE in email.
For 6-8 Players to be fitted, we MUST have a copy of their PHYSICAL in email.
DEPOSIT
$100 Deposit is required - can either be via paper check (not to be cashed*), OR credit card info can be provided on the equipment release form.

You can obtain your physical from your primary care Dr - all you have to do is visit Dr and ask for physical, they will have the form. If you do not have a primary Dr. - check out the links below to schedule an appt.
